PAYMENTS

Your online order is charged ONLY when your order has shipped. When you place your order, it is only a pre-authorization.

There are multiple payment methods that we accept. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal and a Debit with a visa or master card logo.

Sales tax is charged based on the destination of the order. (Sales tax is not applicable to the purchase of gift cards.)

DELIVERY

If you have an account, you will be able to check all your orders, and where they are, directly from your profile page (check My Account and then my orders) You will be able to see the status of your order as well as a tracking number. If you check out as a guest, and your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment tracking notification that includes the carrier and tracking number. You can contact customer service at ecommerce@kitchen-arena.com for any further verifications.

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship one order to multiple addresses. You will need to place two separate orders for multiple destinations.

At this time, we only ship across Canada.

Your order will be shipped from 1 to 3 business days. During peak holiday periods, you could experience a slight delay.
