Holidays Delivery
  • To receive Christmas items before December 24, make sure to select ‘pick-up in store’ at checkout.
Express and Standard Delivery
  • Availability: Express Delivery is accessible to most Canadian metros and suburbs, provided that the order consists of eligible in-stock items from a nearby Kitchen Arena. Standard Delivery extends across Canada.
  • Operation: Orders are processed 7 days a week for Express Delivery and on business weekdays for Standard Delivery.
  • Processing commences upon receipt of credit card verification and authorization.
  • Restrictions: Shipping is unavailable for P.O. Box addresses due to restrictions by our delivery service providers.
  • Pricing & Delivery: Pricing and estimated delivery dates are calculated and displayed at checkout, calculated based on the delivery postal code, fulfillment location, order dimensions, and weight.
  • Refunds: Shipping fees are not refundable. Please refer to our return policy here
Big and Bulky Delivery
  • Applicability: This option caters to oversize and overweight deliveries.
  • Pricing & Delivery: The price and estimated delivery date are displayed at checkout, calculated based on the delivery postal code, fulfillment location, order dimensions, and weight.
  • Processing commences upon receipt of credit card verification and authorization.
  • Important Information: Additional shipping charges may apply for large items, heavy items, large orders, or orders outside our local delivery areas. If needed, a customer representative will contact you with the shipping surcharge amount or provide the option to cancel your order.
  • Procedure: Delivery is by appointment, from Monday – Friday, 8am -7pm, and requires an adult (18 years or older) present at the time. An appointment call is made 1-2 days before your delivery date to schedule an estimated time of delivery. Time frames are routed geographically and cannot be changed. Kitchen Arena shall not be liable for any costs or damages resulting from late delivery of the items. Kitchen Arena reserves the right to charge a fee of one-hundred dollars ($100.00) if Kitchen Arena is unable to complete the delivery of the items because you are not present on the schedule delivery date. Address changes are not allowed once under the care of our delivery service provider.
  • Delivery Inspection: You grant Kitchen Arena’s designated delivery service provider permission to enter your delivery address for purposes of delivering the items ordered. At delivery, a mandatory inspection ensures the items are in excellent condition and damage-free. Customers sign an acceptance form acknowledging the satisfactory condition of the items, thus waiving the right to claim damages against Kitchen Arena for any issues that were discoverable through reasonable inspection at the time of delivery. If you indicate on the acceptance form the existence of any damages to the items, you must notify our customer service team of such claim within 24 hours of the delivery failing which you forfeit your right to claim any damages or request a refund from us.

In-Store Pick-Up
  • Fee: In-store pick-up is always free.
  • Processing commences upon receipt of credit card verification and authorization.
  • Delivery to Store: The majority of our items can be delivered for free to a Kitchen Arena store of your choice. However, additional fees may apply for the delivery of oversized items.
  • Process:
    • Select the “Ship to Store” shipping method at checkout and then select the desired store location for pick-up.
    • Upon arrival of the order at the selected store, an email will be sent advising the order is ready for pick-up during store business hours.
    • Present a printed copy or mobile version of your “Order at store, ready for pick-up” notification email, the credit card that was used for the purchase and a government-issued photo ID to a Kitchen Arena Sales Associate.
    • If someone else is picking up the order, their full name should be provided in the comments section at checkout. They must present the order number, the “Order at store, ready for pick-up” notification email, and a government-issued photo ID.
    • A signature on the packing slip is required at the time of pick-up, confirming the order has been picked up. A confirmation email will also be sent.
    • Timeline: Orders must be picked up within 7 days from the confirmation that your order is ready for in-store pick-up. Unclaimed orders after this period are returned to our Distribution center, necessitating a new order placement.
