You can return your order to any of our stores (Kitchen Arena or Think kitchen). You will need to provide the invoice or order confirmation with the bar code. You can also return the order by mail which will need a prepaid return label which can be provided by our customer service team who can be reached at ecommerce@kitchen-arena.com. Please note that returns are only for legible products (not a final sale item)
Broken items can be exchanged at any store with a copy of your invoice or order confirmation with the bar code or you can reach out to customer service. In order for customer service to address the broken item, you MUST provide a picture of all breakage in order for customer service to effectively assist you.
If your order is missing an item, please open a ticket with customer service and they will be able to assist you. Please have your order number ready or email address that you used to place your order in order for customer service to be able to assist you promptly.
No, you will not be charged for the missing items. You will only be charged for the items received. If you feel there was a discrepancy, please reach out to customer service.

Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder and if you still do not find the email, open a ticket with customer service, If you purchased your order through your account, you will be able to see the tracking number in your account. If you purchased your order as a guest, you have to reach out to customer service.
